Responsible for promoting and selling the Surgical and Endo Surgery portfolio including sutures, stapling devices, laparoscopic instrumentation and related consumables. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, supporting surgeons in theatre and developing strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities :

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Promote and sell surgical and endo surgery products.
• Conduct theatre support and product evaluations & conversions
• Develop relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, procurement and hospital management.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert competitive accounts.
• Deliver product training and education.
• Maintain CRM, forecasts and sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Nursing 
• Clinical Technology 
• Biomedical Technology 
• Health Sciences BSc / Similar 
• Business/Marketing (with relevant medical device experience)
• 2 Years experience in the Medical Devices Industry would be advantageous 
• 3-5 Years Sales Experience in the Health Industry 

Skills Required: 

• Strong time management skills 
• Ability to multi-task 
• Ability to work within a Team 
• Ability to build customer relationships 
• Proven experience in Surgical Sutures and/or Endo Surgery products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
