A leading healthcare and medical device company is currently seeking a motivated and professional Junior Territory Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about theatre support, medical technology, and healthcare sales support within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Surgical case coverage and theatre support

• Scrubbing in for theatre cases (CRICE certified)

• Preparing and managing sterile instruments and supplies

• Conducting product workshops with Doctors and Scrub Sisters

• Customer relationship management and support

• Assisting with stock takes, quotations, and product orders

• Hospital visits within assigned territories

Minimum requirements:

• BSc Degree in Human Movement Science or Health Sciences Education

• 1–2 years’ experience in a Scrub Tech role

• Medical Device industry experience advantageous

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Willingness to travel extensively
