Medical Sales Representative – Point of Care Diagnostics – Johannesburg
August 25, 2026Our client, a well-established company within the medical devices and healthcare industry, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Capital Equipment Administrator to join their Capital Equipment team.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong quotation, tender, order processing, inventory and administrative experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that quotations, tenders, orders, equipment demonstrations and related administration are managed accurately and timeously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Capital Equipment quotations, orders, pricing, CRM updates and customer documentation.
- Coordinate equipment demos, loan documentation, evaluations, inventory and demo room maintenance.
- Liaise with Procurement, suppliers, freight forwarders and Sales teams regarding orders and deliveries.
- Manage the full tender administration process, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
- Process service/repair quotations, invoices, parts orders and servicing reports.
- Maintain accurate pricing, inventory, CRM, filing and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, Health & Safety and company procedures, including document control and non-conformance reporting.
- Provide general administrative support to the Capital Equipment and Technical teams and assist with process improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3–5 years’ relevant administration experience.
- Experience in a related environment, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, technical equipment, capital equipment or a similar industry.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be advantageous.
- Experience with quotations, tenders, orders, inventory or procurement administration will be highly advantageous.
