Experienced and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our clients Finance Department. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily and monthly financial activities.

The ideal candidate must be proactive, accurate, trustworthy, able to multitask, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12) with a relevant tertiary qualification
• 5–10 years’ experience in a related finance/accounting role
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Sage Payroll, Sage SS & OneDrive
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Stock and inventory control
• Purchase order and supplier management
• Asset register maintenance
• Data capturing and record keeping
• Audit preparation and filing
• General ledger reconciliations
• General finance and administrative support
