A company in the medical devices manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Factory Machine Minder to join its Pretoria factory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance
- Record production output, downtime, and quality checks
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Experience in stainless steel fabrication or related industries advantageous
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
