A leading healthcare and medical device company is seeking a motivated and professional Scrub Tech to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about theatre support, medical technology, and healthcare sales support within a fast-paced clinical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Surgical case coverage and theatre support
• Scrubbing in for theatre cases (CRICE certified)
• Preparing and managing sterile instruments and supplies
• Conducting product workshops with Doctors and Scrub Sisters
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Product support, market analysis, and reporting
• Assisting with stock takes, quotations, and product orders
• Hospital visits and customer support within assigned territories

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• BSc Degree in Human Movement Science or Health Sciences Education
• 1–2 years’ experience in a Scrub Tech role
• Medical Device industry experience advantageous
• Knowledge of Medical Device regulations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy in MS Office and MS Teams
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel extensively (60–70%)
