Siphosethu Mlungu

Also Known As “Sethu” was born in Soweto, Johannesburg. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work at the University of Cape Town.

Watching her foster mother Eta Lyons run her recruitment agency for 35 years, she decided she wanted to begin something for herself and work and learn beside her. She has been an inspiration.

Lauren Lyons

Lauren Lyons was born in Cape Town and graduated top of her Class for Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Varsity College. Her mother Eta Lyons ran her own medical Recruitment Company for 35 years (Eta Lyons Medical Recruitment) This therefore enormously inspired her to start a new company with her sister Siphosethu Mlungu. “We hope to carry on our mothers proud Legacy and provide the best and top service medical recruitment in the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry in South Africa and Abroad.”

Maropeng Mokgola

Maropeng matriculated in Limpopo, Motlishi Secondary School. She started her career in IT recruitment as a Resources Administrator and Accounts Clerk. She then moved to Finance and Accounting Recruitment as a Researcher. She then worked for an ECD Training Institute before joining the Medical Recruitment team as Office Support and is now the National Senior Recruitment Consultant. We are excited that Maropeng is also soon to become a partner of the company.

Chandré Keet

Chandré started her career as a Qualified Diagnostic Radiographer and after a few years moved over into Medical Sales.

She recently transitioned out of the medical sales industry where she had gained an in-depth knowledge of what it takes to be a successful Medical Sales Representative at a large Medical Device Corporation.

She now enjoys being able to connect employers and employees within the medical sales industry, bringing talent together and thus growing companies while growing careers.

Nanika Cilliers

Nanika graduated as a dietitian from NWU in 2013, thereafter completing her community service in Mpumalanga. She then worked in private practice for many years, and since 2019 she has gained experience in medical sales. Drawing from her diverse background, Nanika now serves as a medical recruiter, where she applies her understanding of both clinical and corporate environments to match top-tier talent with healthcare organisations.
