A Multinational Medical Devices company has an opening for an Office Administrator to be responsible for administration duties assigned by the company.

Candidate must have:

•             Must be computer literate. (Microsoft Apps)

•             Email writing skills (Familiar with outlook)

•             Time management and attention to detail will be heavily required for this position.

•             Have experience in logistics will be an advantage.

•             Must be able to cope with high pressured tasks given.

•             Capabilities to communicate effectively, politely, and clearly on the phone.

•             Good social skills – communicating with customers daily.

•             Must be able to adhere to instructions.
