Exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Scrub Technician to be part of a growing team that’s passionate about innovation and patient care in orthopaedics.

Responsibilities:

• Covering and scrubbing for theatre cases
• Supporting Sales team with leads
• Maintains relationships with Surgeons
• Packing and checking sets and implants in the warehouse prior to delivery to hospitals.
• Acquires a basic understanding of the medical and orthopaedic market.
• Ensures and maintains continuous training in surgical technique, instrumentation and implants.

Qualification And Experience

• Must have previous experience with working in Theatre and assisting with surgical procedures.
• Previous experience in a private/public hospital environment advantageous.
• Computer proficiency is required
• Strong knowledge of the medical device industry, relevant procedures and hospital environment.
• Must have CRICE.
• Must have own reliable car and driver’s license
• Demonstrate the ability to learn product information timeously.
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as and required.
