This role focuses on expanding and enhancing R&D capabilities and growing the Biotechnology Product Development department.

Key responsibilities include:

R&D Expansion: Drive the growth of R&D, aligning with strategic goals to expand the diagnostic and therapeutic product portfolio.

Department Management: Oversee and support the Biotechnology Product Development department, ensuring resource availability and efficient operations.

Project Management: Apply project management skills to lead and coordinate development activities, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

Technology Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of developed processes and products to Operations and Quality Control.

Strategic Advising: Provide insights on biotechnological trends and developments, advising stakeholders on strategic topics.

Required:

Education: A Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field is required; a PhD in Biotechnology is preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years in a GMP or biotechnology setting, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.

Track Record: Proven success in managing R&D projects in the biotechnology field.
